Important Notes for All Beneficiaries
- Free Registration: Both programs are 100% free. No government official, bank agent, or retailer is authorized to charge you for registration or processing. Report any such demands to the official helpline at 0800-02345.
- Biometric Verification: If you are eligible, the disbursement is handled through secure digital channels, requiring biometric (thumbprint) verification at authorized bank branches (e.g., HBL, Bank Alfalah) or designated BISP campsites.
- “Record Not Found”: If your status shows as “Not Found” but you believe your household qualifies, visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office to complete a “Dynamic Survey.” This will update your household socioeconomic data in the national database.
